A: We are factory, all machines are produced by ourselves. Customers can purchase directly from our factory, which can save the cost of intermediate circulation.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: In general, if the machine is in stock, delivery can be arranged in 1-3 days after receive deposit. Or it is 3-7 days if the machine is not in stock. Of course, the more customers need, the longer the delivery time.
Q3: What about warranty?
A: The warranty period for all machines is 1 year from the date of shipment.During this period, we provides repair technology and required accessories for free (excluding man-made damage).
Q4: What is terms of payment?
A: Payment≤1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, pay the final payment before shipment.
Q5: How about machine installation?
A: We have a professional technical team to service machine installation. At the time of shipment, we will provide the machine installation video to our customer. If the customer needs field maintenance and repair service, engineer can service machine overseas.
Q6: How to ensure the machine quality?
A: We have our QC team to check every order carefully. Customers can also check before the machine leaves the factory.
